Hey! I'm Miles Menendez — a passionate and driven Stage Management student currently pursuing my BA at Pace University Sands College of Performing Arts, on track to graduate in May 2026. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ridge Point High School in 2023.

My primary experience is Stage Management, but Technical theatre experience extends into sound and lighting design, as well as project and production management. I’ve expanded these skills through coursework such as Production Management, Fundamentals of Lighting, and General & Company Management at Pace.

In every production I’m a part of, I strive to foster an environment where creativity, collaboration, and joy can thrive. My goal is to anticipate and solve challenges through teamwork, communication, and support, ensuring every project runs as smoothly as possible from day one to the final minute.

Outside of theatre, I’m passionate about fitness, financial literacy, health, and organization. These interests influence the way I work and lead a project. Whether managing a production from afar or a team of artists in the room, I aim to bring structure, enthusiasm, and joy to every creative space I enter.
